「Authentic 13th century building with so much character and charm. The room was very unique and opened to a lovely courtyard. The location was great, and very close to the gate. A full Italian breakfast buffet was offered at a reasonable cost. Laundry service was also available. And the hosts were very friendly and helpful.」

「We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 sons using this as a base to explore Tuscany including Florence, Sienna, and Pisa. It was a perfect location arriving back each evening to enjoy the pool and relax on the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Nicola was an excellent host and was there to answer any questions, make excellent recommendations and provide any services we needed. 」

「Outside of city center however it was a nice reprieve from the noise and chaos. there are some wonderful neighborhood gems for restaurants and the bus runs regularly and reliably. Only negative was when we reached out to the host upon arriving at the building, the host took 10 minutes to reply and to remotely open the door which after a long day of travel and standing in 90*+ heat with multiple children outside, it was very frustrating. 「First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly...
