"The people are excellent. Everybody from the entertainment staff to cleaning services to hotel administration to the restaurant personnel. We ate and drank (all day) and had a great time from morning to night. Everything was clean. The food was good (set your expectations appropriately, it’s not the Ritz Carlton!) I would highly recommend the hotel to anybody looking for a fun and easy family vacation at the beach, especially if you like “participating” (we’re “in” for water aerobics and beach volleyball and crazy pool games (and everything else))."

"This was my second time staying at the Wyndham Hotel in Playa del Carmen, and overall, I had a pleasant experience once again. The location is fantastic, and the staff remains welcoming and friendly. However, I did notice that the bathroom curtains looked quite old, with visible stains and a bit of mold. Additionally, the towels looked quite old and yellowish. Aside from these areas for improvement, my overall experience was enjoyable."

"It was a pretty good experience, Sandos is a very good hotel with an incredible Buffet, lots of nature and animais around the hotel, but not risking or bothering. Pros: Super Great customer Service Super Great buffet Cons Other restaurants hard to book in High Season Some gaps on times for restaurants, sometimes, only room service available Definately would go back to Sandos!"
