「The price was affordable for timing with the Boston Marathon. It is an excellent neighborhood, the process and communication was great. The interior is just OK but that is what we were expecting. My only suggestion would be a bathroom remodel and get rid of the tub in favor of a small walk in shower. When showering with shampoo etc mounted on the wall it is very restrictive if you are at all above average size. And, shower curtains in general are gross but with the size restriction you can’t...

「The add states an entire home, this is a home with small bedrooms and a bathroom. I was under the impression by the description the entire home was ours without others on the property. I’d put that in the description I felt under comfortable with the men on the property. False advertising 」

「Clean, historic, and truly beautiful. Clean is the number one priority for us. It not only looked and smelled clean, but we had confidence that linens, quilts, and towels were freshly washed, did not smell of mildew, and was not drowned in highly-scented fabric softener beads. As a matter-of-fact, I didn’t notice any fragrances (which, by the way, I can’t physically tolerate). Honestly this property was even nicer than the online listing shows it. We highly recommend.」

All areas were clean and the check in and check out process were seamless. Communication with the host was easy. The only negative comment I have is that the pullout sofa in the main area is really not comfortable. I thought my son would be able to stay there but the mattress is so thin that you can feel all the springs. I ended up having to rent an extra hotel room...
