「Great location. Clean house.」

「Beautiful place great for an amazing gateway highly recommended!!!!」

「Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. I’m very unhappy with the ADU storage/shed/portable/tiny house in the backyard. The Expedia listing was absolutely misleading - called a tiny shed with 2 “bedrooms” a “cottage” and did not explain...

「I had a great stay at this property. The room was very clean and well-organized, which made it really comfortable and relaxing. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience smooth and easy.Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and hassle-free stay!」

「This was one of the best experiences with a vacation rental we had in many years. The location is amazing: 5 min from one of the best redwood state parks, and very close from two other parks and the ocean. The surrounding small towns are little gems literally hidden under the canopy of redwoods. The house was very comfortable, had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and well-designed interior. It was so quiet, peaceful, and the air was amazing. The communication with the host was...

「Great little quiet private space that was well appointed. Very comfortable bed and kind host.」

「Lovely location near Felton and Ben Lomond. Clean rental and kitchen well stocked with all you need to cook. Market is close by along with restaurants. Neighborhood was pleasant and felt peaceful and loved to hear all the birds in the morning! Nearby river in state park provides river water play for kids. We all loved this rental. We’ll be back! Really appreciated having laundry on site as well. Communication was great with host.」

「Everything about this place was heaven for me and my teenage kids - the host is delightful as are her dog and donkeys. The place is quaint, comfortable and peaceful and I wish we had stayed longer as there was so much more we would have liked to explore.」

「It's a perfect location to downtown. It's so cute and comfortable. We loved our stay and will book this place aging when we visit the area」

「Amazing stay! Bed was so comfy and hot tub was divine. Enjoyed the fire pit on the patio as well. Would definitely come again. Thanks!!!」

「Host was a call or text away. Excellent communications prior to check in to bring us up to speed on the functions of the boat and onshore amenities (like shower & restrooms). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All our needs were met and beyond!」
