「This place was great for our needs. We were three adult women who all wanted our own space, and we got it! Having two bathrooms was perfect (a necessity really) even though they were a bit small. My one comment was that the bed configuration was different than I saw in the listing. It was two queens and a full. There was no room with two twins. We loved the location and the parking was surprisingly super easy. Never had a problem finding a spot close by. We loved being able to just walk out...

「We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. We booked very last minute while our house was being worked on. She was super responsive and accommodating. We were even able to arrange a late check out while they finished up work at our house. The neighborhood was lovely, we did a lot of walking through the harbor and the beach was beautiful. 「Good location, clean space. The room is very small, “studio” alluded to at least a little living space but this is a small bedroom. There is only a few feet around the bed in the room. I called to request early checkin & was told they would text me hourly before 4 pm to let me know if the room was ready. They never let me know and then when we left the cleaners arrived before our 10 am check out. 2 codes required, one is 10 digits long. In my opinion a hotel of comparable cost would provide more...

「Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.」

「Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!」

My only suggestion, and the reason we wouldn’t rebook, is that the mattresses were terrible. All 4 of use complained every morning when we got up about shoulder and back pain. They really need to be replaced with something more comfortable,.」

「Nice location. Bathroom was good size. Neighbors above us were a bit noisy however and parking was difficult on Friday afternoon. We didn’t spend much time inside, but house was in a great location for walking into town, courthouse or a good bike ride to the harbor.」
