「There were very nice view of sky and sea. The room was very comfortable. We went to Con Con and Val pariso that is very nice city so we are very satisfied staying in this hotel. 」

「まず、到着した時のフロントの女性の対応が素晴らしかったです。事情があっていろいろな頼み事をしたのですが、迅速かつ的確で、とても親切に対応してくれ感動しました。ホテルはとても小規模でエレベーターもない３階建てくらいの建物ですが、可愛らしいし、非常に清潔で快適でした。ベッドの寝心地もとてもよく、くつろげました。朝食は前日にメニューの選択をしますが、まぁまぁといったところです。宿泊客がほとんどいなかったためか、部屋でとりました。メトロから徒歩７～８分で、少し奥まった場所にあるため夜は暗いですが、治安は悪くないようで徒歩でレストランなどにも行きました。大きなホテルにはないあたたかみのある素敵なホテルです。」

「Location is amazing! Right in the heart of the greatest parts of Valparaiso. The hotel is very simple, but just what I needed for the few days I stayed there. It's a safe hotel because someone is always around at the front door. You do need to often ring the doorbell to get in, but the owner comes to get you very quickly. He is also so helpful and will guide you wherever you need to go in the city. Recommend to the solo traveler!」

「This was a very quaint, quiet and clean property. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They served a very nice breakfast every morning and always checked to make sure the room was clean and make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. Such very nice people run the hotel. Had a massage twice while here and it was very good and relaxing. My only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was not strong, but it was not a problem....
