"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic—central and convenient to everything I wanted to see. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was genuinely warm, helpful, and went out of their way to be friendly. 「I know it is winter in Santiago.But it is hard to believe that the room was freezing (around 16 C) even the aircondition had been turned on into Maximum temperature for the whole afternoon. Furthermore, the hotwater in the bath room was not working. After claimed, the room service brought me a electronic stove finally. But didnt get hotwater until next morning.
5 star hotel? No way.」
