"The hotel was great, I’m not going to lie in that part. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking garage, did not feel safe at all, especially for women traveling alone. Even though it was gated, I still wouldn’t feel comfortable walking there by myself, especially at night. Another issue was that the elevator wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs, which was very inconvenient. The biggest surprise was the parking cost. It was $50 for just 4 hours, not for a day. We ended up spending more on parking than we did on the actual room. My advice is to read the reviews before booking. I didn’t, and I definitely learned my lesson."

"We absolutely love this hotel. We had a corner room on the eighth floor that overlooked the pool, it was wonderful..The restaurant was good,The breakfast every morning was in the hotel restaurant,Very nice. We rented a cabana one day at the pool and that was very nice for my granddaughter and daughter, there was a TV in there and plenty of seating"

"Conveniently located in Downtown Austin. Walking distance to all the places I needed to be. I stayed in Austin for 18 hrs total, so can't review the rest of the amenities. The room was small, but it had items that made my stay so convenient, such are a DryBar blow dryer, and a steamer. The frontdesk were extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful."
