"Great location - just a street away from all the main hub by the lake side
I have stayed at the Central hotel by the same group in my same trip, I think this one the location is even more central
Clean room, love the amenities and the complimentary snacks
Great service, the staff have been very helpful
However, beware if you are staying at rooms close by the street - the noise from pedestrians passing by talking and the rubbish truck coming by at three in the morning was not nice"

"Lovely place, very relaxing will definitely be back! The rooms are very private and comfortable and the shared spaces are extremely nice and relaxing. "
"Room was clean and spacious. Great view of the lake from balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is located just outside the downtown area making it a bit more peaceful. Right across the street is the bus stop if you don’t want to walk into the center of town."
"This place was better than the reviews we read before booking. Easy and smooth check in by very friendly and professional staff. Convenient allocated car park for an fee underneath the building. The one bedroom apartment was spotless and well stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Close to the main. CBD and easy drive from the airport. We are regular walkers and enjoyed a few strolls to the CBD…. you can use cross streets to go through the less steeper sides. Lots of parking around the outskirts of town too . Spacious room, lovely kitchen - and awesome view of the lake and mountains. Some low level traffic noise during peak hours if you’re highly susceptible to that because the lounge room faces the main road that connects Queenstown CBD to the airport. We’d definitely stay again and highly recommend."
"Wendy and David, our hosts, were wonderful! They worked well as a team to prepare our amazing breakfasts (David's excellent homemade granola) with delicious juice and coffee options. They also have excellent suggestions of things to do and see + restaurant recommendations. Wendy even gave us a ride to the hiking path to town which was a great option.
Wow--we couldn't have asked for better service. In addition, there is a yoga/workout room, sauna , and jacuzzi. Absolutely incredible views from our room. The BEST stay, thanks to our wonderful hosts, location and accommodations. Highly recommend. "
