「This is a very new and modern hostel just next to the City Hall. Easy access to both the Old Town and the Guggenheim, etc. Breakfast was reasonably priced and offered plenty of food options. The room had everything except for an electric kettle. We understand fixing tea isn't a suggested action since there's a cafe downstairs, but we would have appreciated preparing hot drinks in the still cold spring weather. Overall it was a great stay.」

「There is no free parking at the property or in the area - something to keep in mind if you have a car (which by the way you wont need to explore Bilbao and surrounding areas as the Bizkaia card is so reasonable).」

「I can not fault the rooms, ambience or location as it was 5 star. However we had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night caused by a guest who smoked in their room. Did they show their face? No. The night staff was unable to turn the alarm off and there wasn't much communication on what was happening and how long it would take. Police Got involved and shared what happened and we had to wait till another person came to turn off the alarm. Got an email the next day apologising for the...
