"Had a good experience except "

"Historic old hotel is a charming city. We've stayed before and will stay again. But the hotel could improve upon their front desk staff. We had to wait about 20 minutes to check in while the clerk figured out a problem with the reservation of the person ahead of us. A quick call to her mgr sooner in the process could have/should have been made. While she indicated to us that she was on 'hold' 20 minutes is excessively long for us to wait. front desk staff is the only staff we ever see during our stay although a housekeeper did say hello in the hallway."

"Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hot tub, although not technically in season was clean and warm. Would recommend to families. "

"This is a beautiful home, lots of room and a great view of the strip! The host was very receptive if we needed anything, or had any questions. Close to great stores, restaurants and the highway for anywhere you want to go!"

"The house is tired and needs some updates, the vinyl flooring has large gaps in it and is starting to curl up, most furniture has stains, the carpet is ready to be replaced, paint is pealing off the cabinets. Easy fixes and then it would be in line with the very nice photos on the listing.The house was clean the pool was good and the neighborhood is quiet."
