「The hotel itself has good rooms. Everything was clean and modern. The restaurant on the premises was great; we ate there multiple times. The real highlight of our stay was the staff. The owner Andrea was amazing. We had a large car for the area (the roads around Lake Como are SMALL). This led to some issues with parking and even getting into and out of the hotel's parking lot. Andrea helped us when we got to the hotel and even backed our car out himself when we were leaving our stay. Everyone...

「Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. 」
