「Das Hotel liegt einsam, aber wunderschön am tollen Strand und Meer. Leider sprechen nur wenige englisch. Frühstück ist hervorragend, Abendessen extravagant aber viel zu teuer. Tolle Architektur, ausreichend Pools und Liegen, das Meer ist traumhaft karibisch. Ein unvergesslicher Ort.」

「El hotel es muy lindo y está ubicado en pleno centro histórico de Cartagena. En general todo muy bien pero una de nuestras habitaciones no tenía ventanas y eso desmejoró la percepción de la estadía. El personal es realmente atento y amable.」

「Ingen restaurang förutom top floor lyxrestaurangen var öppen i Las Americas Torres. Man fick gå till systerhotellet bredvid. Nästan ingen pratar engelska. Ett jättehotell ganska slitet. Vattenläcka som höll på att torkas ur? Gjorde att hela våning 6 luktade fukt och mögel. Massor med fåglar på frukosten som stod på ditt bord och tog mat」

「Nos gusto muchisimo el hotel , es muy tranquilo, limpio, con alberca y jacuzzi muy limpias tiene buena vista desde la terraza hacia el muelle, muralla y las distintas ciudades ; cuentan con personal muy amable desde que llegas , siempre al pendiente de lo que requeriamos , muy buena actitud, te dan tips para llegar a puntos de turismo, la ubicacion esta a 2 cuadras de la iglesia de la trinidad corazon de getsamani, caminando todo esta muy cerca . Es un excelente opcion para hospedarse...

「Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism. 」

「The room and public aeras were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dining in the hotel were good. The drive to the hotel gave us some thoughts but as soon as we arrived at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. All by all I would definitely recommend this hotel as it was also close to the walled part of Cartagena.」
