On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. 「Overall, my stay was okay, but the hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet did not flush properly, and there was mold around the sink. The entrance to my floor had leaves all over the walkway, making it look poorly maintained. The building felt old and did not smell fresh, and the dark colors added to the worn, outdated atmosphere. 「The property was clean. Only issue was other guests leaving their food waste in the elevator car instead of placing in the garbage. Elevators could use some cleaning. Electric shade did not work in our room so we couldn’t get any sunlight. Enjoyed the waffles at breakfast. Front desk staff were very nice, professional and especially helpful when trying to access pool area due to room key not working. Would stay again.」
