" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"This place was 10/10. I’ve traveled a lot and have stayed at several All-Inclusives and this one takes the cake. The property was SUPER CLEAN and the food was actually good. In the midst of sargassum(sea weed) season, the property made sure the area of the beach belonging to Riu Palace Kuk. was clean and well kept. Everyday was a swimming day in the water for me with little to no sargassum around. I definitely will be back to this property! Thank you Riu staff for an exceptional stay!"

"We liked the amenities we’ve used (multiple swimming pools especially the sports pool as it had activities our 2 teenagers loved, the water park was good, the transportation among different facilities was good and the drivers were very friendly, the coffee shop at the main lobby was amazing, 3 out of the 4 restaurants we dined at were very good namely: habibi “top”, Jade, and the buffet), Caribeno was not that good. Also, we watched Mexico vs Czech republic game in a massive theatre (was fantastic) The facility is beautiful and massive, the room was good but will benefit from a couch instead of the Jacuzzi tub. We liked the app when it worked for booking restaurants and in room service not when it did not for booking the spa or transportation to the airport (had to call for the later). The one thing that we really did not appreciate is how hard the staff pushed to get us to attend a sell’s talk. I expressed my disinterest from the get go, still I got 3 phone calls to our room for the same purpose. We will probably go again as the price to the quality is very good."

"The staff super attentive polite well trained The room was always clean The pool always clean as well It is a Family friendly environment definitely going back to this hotel Excellent food and restaurants Buffet with many variety drinks were super good Activities are excellent and if you need xtra time on your check out for sure they will allow you to stay longer for no extra charge talking about couple hours more so happy that we pick this hotel for our family vacation"

"If you're looking for an all-inclusive resort in Cancun, I highly recommend Sunscape Spa & Resort. The staff, food, accommodations, and hospitality were all exceptional. Amstar also provided outstanding shuttle service to and from the resort and made booking excursions easy and stress-free. Every person we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative."
