「Buen servicio y buen trato」

「We had a great experience here. The room was very clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「The room was neat and clean. Not much of a variety in breakfast to choose. Friendly staff the moment you step in the hotel. Despite the Earthquake we experienced on october 9th, 2026, the hotel staff was very helpful accompanying the guests with their evacuation plan. The only minor issue is that the neighborhood is not so clean once you step out of the hotel. A lot of stores and shops nearby. Surely would recommend this hotel.」

「WORST EXPERIENCE! HOST COMPANY did not send checkin details in a timely fashion as they said they would. My wife had to wait in our UBER for 20 minutes with a sick Uber driver while I called the HOST EHO DID NOT ANDWER SEVERAL CALLS and speak to security who could not help me. Finally I had to speak to Expedia support. We ended up having to book a real hotel which is what we thought we were getting. This is NOT A HOTEL! They should not list vacation rentals as hotels. CHECKIN WAS A...

「Not bad 」

「Todo bien」
