「To start the owners are very accommodating with issues with payment or financials. The house was very clean, very tidy and very spacious for all that we had and that was 10 people! The view was amazing. The amenities were great. The house is in a great location where you’re 20 minutes from just about the beaches and the shops! I would definitely recommend for big family going to visit.」

「Stayed 5 nights .loved the beach..exactly what we needed」

「We stayed in this gorgeous, newly renovated place right in the heart of Indian Shores Beach—literally one building from the sand and sea! Everything inside was brand-new, sparkling clean, and beautifully designed. Check-in and communication with property management was excellent! We loved the newly updated kitchen and enjoyed cooking our breakfast. We spent our days soaking up the sun, listening to the waves, and enjoying the laughter of beachgoers. 「Wonderful stay in a beautiful location. House was very well equipped and had nice “touches” throughout! Owners were very easy to communicate with and replied quickly when contacted! Would definitely stay at this property again! 」

「Made for an absolutely amazing vacation. The property was easy to find, access, and navigate. Property manager was extremely easy to contact prior to our stay and there were no reasons to reach out while we were there. 「We had a wonderful stay, they villa was perfect. It was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again. 」

「Overall the stay was great. The house was as-described. If I were to be really picky, the furniture in the living room could be upgraded and added to so it could be more of a gathering place and the downstairs area had a bit of an outdoor shed smell. But neither of those two things really took anything away from the stay. And the location on the water was the best part. We even saw a manatee mother and her calf right next to the dock.」

「Absolutely beautiful home that was so well-equipped for all of our needs! We cooked big meals together for 29 people repeatedly and there was plenty of dishes, specialized utensils and gadgets, appliances, etc - all that we could ask for and more. Additionally, there was everything we needed for fun and safe days at the beach (chairs, canopies/tents, sand toys, boogie boards, etc)!Comfy beds, TVs in every room. I can’t think of anything we lacked for. Thank you so much!!」
