「For what we were looking for & the price, it was great. Beach was beautiful & quiet. We came at what I would say was the best time of year, after the summer crowds/Labor Day. Amazing sunsets. The unit itself definitely needs updating & repairs need to be made. Refrigerator water & ice maker was not in working order & although they offered to have an appliance repair man come out, who really wants to worry about that while on vacation.
