「The room was very clean, the breakfast and breakfast service was delicious, and we really enjoyed the pool. I loved that we were able to order Americanos and espresso in the morning. There was also bar service with yummy cocktails by the pool in the evenings.」

「This is a lovely hotel in the countryside about 15 minutes outside of Noto. The grounds and property were very nice. The only problem was the internet connectivity which was poor. The initial person we spoke to said he would look in to it and then said it was fixed. It wasn't until we checked out that another person at the desk said that it was do to the contract they have with the provider- star link, and the fact they are in the country side and maybe the rain. I would have appreciated an...

「Loved the location hated the lift. Staff were great. But was understaffed rooms aren’t great if you need a lot of hanging space. I would say ok for!1 or 2 nights.」

「Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Good location. Room very comfortable , clean , big and classy. Friendly and helpful staff . Excellent all around.」

「This was a unique property out in the country, as part of a thoroughbred horse racing track. You could watch racing from your room. The property was clean but is generally getting tired and needs refreshing. The lobby area is noisy and that cascades down the halls and to the rooms. The pool areas are nice and well kept. The breakfast was wanting, with most items running out.」

「The owner of the hotel is very friendly, warm and kind. My stay there will be the great memory forever.」

「Perfect get away place. Really nice staff and gorgeous views. Private pool was amazing.」

Posizione molto tranquilla. Poca disponibilità di parcheggio.」

「Wunderbares B&B in einem herzigen Städtchen. Schöner Pool, grosses, sauberes Zimmer, feiner Zmorge, sehr nettes Personal. Restaurants, Strand, einkaufen alles gut erreichbar. Genügend Parkplätze, gut organisiert. Vollste Empfehlung. ❤️」

「Lots of potential and positive points though I do think there can be some improvements Positives: - Absolutely stunning view++ - Beautiful and large pool/pool area - Breakfast in the glass room is so peaceful in the am - Excellent daily housekeeping - Great location as a base to explore many towns in the region - just be aware of the ~10 min drive from the highway area to get to the agriturismo -Were able to lend us beach equipment which was appreciated Negatives: - Pool maintenance could have...

「We enjoyed our stay and the place was beautiful and well located. However, it unfortunately looks like the amendities haven’t been well kept over the years (ex. Dirty/worn off couch mattresses, uneaven mattress, etc.). The decor is very unique and beautiful, service was good.」

「What a beautiful boutique hotel! Excellent location in Noto. The room was so well appointed with excellent attention to detail. Staff were lovely and extra helpful (we had to depart at a time the front desk was not usually attended). Parking is available onsite which is unusual! Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend.」

「Conveniently located with free parking. It was a quiet neighborhood and close shops and a supermarket. Staff were very helpful and provided a laundry service for pay. It was close to the beach and in a very charming town. We would stay there again.」
