"Room had a weird smell. We opened the sliding door to air out the room, but we had to close the door because someone was smoking weed. I had to cover the chair because it looked very dirty. Staff was just ok. No smile. He wasn’t rude or anything. Bathroom was big and clean. Bed sheets felt and smell clean. Bring your own pillows.. the pillows flatten out in no time! Parking was under the hotel but no gate to keep out the non guest of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe in the garage. Lots of people walking by the hotel.. no gate for the garage. Anybody can walk in to the garage. I read the reviews and that why we chose thus hotel.. reminds me of motel 6. I no longer stay at motel 6 hotel. "

"Room was nice, big, as was the bathroom. The AC didn't work until the next day when we figured out the reset button on plug. Staff could have been more helpful."

"Looks like brand new property but it was spotless and VERY quiet at night. We had 2 small dogs but were worried they might bark at noises they weren't used to but we could hardly hear anything including people coming and going from their rooms or the elevator (which our room was fairly close to). Everything was great and staff were very helpful and courteous."

"Great San Jose house! Excellent communication and information about the property throughout the entire process, and speedy responses anytime we had a question. The 4 bedroom house was great with a nice open floorplan for the living room/kitchen/dining room. Outdoor space was great as well with a nice back yard/patio."

"This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. Pam’s beautiful home was clean and full of thoughtful touches such as hand lotion, complimentary coffee, a plethora of cooking items and spices, beautifully manicured backyard, and lots of extra blankets. The beds were comfortable too! There was excellent lighting in the bathrooms, plenty of towels and lots of space to spread out for the 5 of us in my family who stayed there. We appreciated driveway parking and we loved the less than 5 min walk to the Iranian bakery and international grocery store. We chose this home because we needed beds for 5 adults and didn’t want to do a home where someone had to sleep on a pull out couch. We would definitely stay here again. My only request would be more hooks to hang up towels. Pam was communicative, quick to respond and answered every question with helpful details. Thanks, Pam! "

"Clean and great staff…nice room for price"

"The parking situation is very tough especially if you have a large vehicle. You need larger forks in you rooms perhaps. Room 211 had the smallest of forks to use to eat with. Room was clean and staff was friendly and professional."
