「Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.」

「Very disappointed in this place. First stay was good, very predictable Marriott quality. Our last stay was awful. Booked into one of the only available rooms, a double king, which isn’t a big deal. This must’ve been the oldest room in the place and the lock didn’t work. They had us right next to the compressor room so all night long we heard that thing turning on and off. And after a poor nights sleep, we got up for what used to be complimentary coffee only to learn they now charge for...

「I stayed here 3 months ago and it was great. Unfortunately this weekend had MANY kids tournaments of kids. So there were kids running up and down the corridors riding luggage racks, yelling. Called front desk at 9:50pm. "Well, we cant do anything til 10pm". Very disappointing. 3 nights didnt receive any turndown service. Breakfast is always good. But not a great service and 3 nights lack of sleep」

「Had to change rooms after first one was very musty. Staff was good but other guests were loud all night i assume due to the cheap room rates the cliental it brings in」

「The room coffee pot still had coffee pak in it. Hair was in the tub. I was thinking breakfast would have included some fresh fruit or hot items such as some eggs or hot oatmeal or even some type of meat. No type of assorted creamers. 」

「The room was clean, and nice. The door coming into room, you could feel small amount of cold air when closed. Location off highway, convenient, but noisy due to traffic. Overall enjoyed the stay.」
