9時までに連絡しないと清掃が入らない。 タオルはお願いしても変えてくれない。 部屋が暗い。 清掃が行き届いていない。床にスナックが落ちていて掃除機をかけたのかも不明。 バスタブはあるが、排水口が詰まっている。掃除を依頼したがやってくれなかった。 宿泊費が安い以外のいいところがない。 トコジラミには刺されなかった。

First room they put us in the heat didn’t work, that moved us to a different room and heat worked but there were stains on one of the beds from an actively leaking ceiling. There was not way to take a shower as there was no knob. No remote for tv or in room coffee…. I have pictures, the place needs to be condemned

Place was not very clean. Breakfast was minimal. Bathroom door could block main door or get hit. Bathroom tissue holder came out. Toilet paper seemed to have mold. Sheets did not feel clean. Getting onto the highway is a little risky in that area. One nice restaurant right next to the place though. It was barely okay for the short time we stayed. May not return.

Absolutely disgusting. We turned around and left after 20 minutes of inspecting our room with stains, sticky spills, broken tables, cigarettte butts strewn everywhere outside the patio door, and HAIRS IN OUR BED

When we pulled in the lights on the main sign were out and the 2nd floor rooms had their balconies and screen doors in various states of disrepair. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly. Our room was dirty and the floors had dog hair packed into the corners (we didn’t take our shoes off), the toilet, mirror and sink was dirty, our bathroom doorframe was rotted away at the base and someone had shoved a toilet paper roll in the hole, the bathtub was stained/mouldy, smoke detectors were missing from the mounts, etc. I was searching the mattresses/bedding with my flashlight for any signs of bedbugs. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst. We thought a Wyndham association would have meant something but unfortunately it did not. We would have left but we arrived late in the evening, were tired from our long drive and had to be up early for an appointment.

The staff was terrific. The room was awful. The tv didn’t work, the bathroom faucet was broken, the toilet ran the entire time, the sliding glass door wasn’t safe. The hallway smelled and the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The breakfast was not very appealing and the coffee was cold or not any at all

The stay was okay, we booked a 2 day stay but had to get our keys updated because only one day was on it for some reason. A couple of lights did not work, and there was this stain on the bedframe. Other than that though, it was not a bad experience.

Let me start off by saying that you get what you pay for. Their was a hockey tournament in town this particular weekend as well as my son's track meet so hotel prices were thru the roof all over ($400-$500). I paid $150 for the weekend. The staff was courteous but not overly friendly. The hotel itself was older but decent.The room was accomodating with a microwave, refrigerator, television. However, housekeeping definitely took short cuts when cleaning the room! The room smelled like smoke (although I thought that these were non-smoking rooms), under my bed there were old soda bottles and trash, I lifted the mattress to check for bed bugs and there were items there as well. Although, I thought that I checked thoroughly, I did get bitten by one bed bug during the course of my first night there that I managed to kill. The bathroom was wiped down but not cleaned (hair in the shower).I wanted to switch rooms but everything here and in the area was booked. After I cleaned and sanitized everthing myself, my second night's stay was much better. Although I've pointed out alot of the negatives, it wasn't all bad. The location was convenient, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the price was great. Would I stay there again? Knowing now what to expect and if they can take care of the bed bug problem, yes I would. It it a romantic get away, no its definitely not. It's ideal for someone that on a budget that needs a place to sleep who doesn't mind doing a bit of cleaning.

Booked two rooms only was able to get one! No pool, no hot tub. Smell of smoke no smoke detectors no sound installation, heat loud, apparently no compensation never again!

It was awful! It was cold even the hallways …the room was gross and the jacuzzi tub was dirty when you turned it on…a lot of hair came flying out with a white film of something gross!!!! Wow!!! Then he didn’t give me any money back he was like I’ll give you 50% off your next jacuzzi room!!! I’m like noooo I’ll never be back like WTH????

It was dirty, smelly outside and they had bugs. I told the front desk that I saw a bud crawling on the nightstand and on the floor but they seemed almost nonchalant about. All the carpets looked dirty. I was never there for breakfast which was from 6am-9am but that area always looked dirty as well. I would never reserve a room with them again.

Room was nasty, stained carpet, and the bathtub was bubbling. Thick dust covered the bathroom fan, and furnace. The room was approximately 50 degrees when we got there because they turn off the heat on unused rooms. It took 4 hours to get up to temperature. Staff was perfectly polite, but this place is a dump
