「At first glance, it looked a little shabby. But inside it was clean and had been remodeled. We only heard the sound of the train during the day that we were up. The sound was not that loud and caused no problem. The front of the house could use some curb appeal. 」

「My boyfriend and I came to town for a wedding in Bryan and we absolutely loved our stay here. The property was so clean and beautiful! It is located just a mile or so from downtown. It is quiet, comfortable, and so enjoyable. One of the best Vrbos I have ever stayed in!!」

「We enjoyed our stay at Jim and Jeans property. The property was secluded and quiet but easy to get to. The property had lovely touches of antiques and they really did think of everything you may need for a stay. Unfortunately we had to end our trip a day early but they were very understanding and we hope to return during the next antique show. 」

「This cottage was just the cutest! The hosts left a nice handwritten note. It was the perfect mini vacation that felt secluded enough but also going to Waco was not a long drive at all from the cottage. I think the best part was seeing the sheep!」

「Absolutely pleasant in every way, from the moment I walked in the door I felt at home the cottage was beautifully put together, clean, smelled lovely, and the beds were so cozy.Everything was also so thoughtfully stocked from the coffee along with all the different creamer to the bathroom with the higher quality lotions, body wash, shampoos and conditioners, they even have individual packs of toothpaste set out. 「The stay at this guest house on a pecan farm was a wonderful experience with all the comforts of home. New appliances, plumbing and bath fixtures. Great back enclosed porch facing the Brazos River valley, we watched the bright stars unobstructed by city lights and enjoyed the absolute silence of the central Texas country. We hope to retun to this womderful place again.」
