Queens Hotel- a cozy studio cottage in the country. Pool and hot tub.

The Queens Hotel is a cozy studio cottage with a loft nestled in the countryside minutes from Round Top. Perfect farmland setting to relax and unwind on the private porch while watching the sunset enjoying a glass of wine.

Amenities include a queen bed (loft with access via stairs) and a twin pull out sleeper sofa. Bathroom with full-size shower, toilette, and sink. A small kitchen provides a stove, refrigerator, and microwave for creating meals of your choice (we will provide the cookware.) The porch has a high top table and seating as well as a gas grill for cooking. Enjoy catch and release fishing in the small pond (we do not provide equipment) or a night around the fire pit (as long as no burn ban is in place.) Pool and hot tub available to guests.

Another great stay

This was my second time to stay in this location. As always it is peaceful, comfortable and has everything needed. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and comfortable bed. We cannot wait to return.

Great place to get away!

The Queen’s Hotel was perfect for two ladies on a 3 night getaway from city life. Having coffee in the morning with the cows and deer was perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, just a few miles from round top center and warrenton for all the antique shopping. We will definitely come back and stay here!

Great spot in Texas countryside!

If you are an outdoor lover and appreciate ranch living, you'll love the location at the Double K! Beautiful countryside views on a working ranch, amazing views of the sky at night, and convenient to the top-drawer restaurants of Round Top.

Perfect Getaway

I was seeking a quiet, calm weekend escape and this property hit the mark. The tiny house had every amenity I needed (A/C, hot water, comfortable bed, kitchenware), but I especially enjoyed the setting — the hot tub, fire pit, pond, horses, and open space to walk. It was a nice drive to Round Top to shop around and grab a bite. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Very peaceful and beautiful country cottage! Host was very accommodating and good communication. Three of us stayed in the queens hotel to celebrate in Round top TX for our friends 60th Birthday, perfect location as well. Great stay!

The property is BEAUTIFUL...however, the cabin was so small (I have issues with Small areas.) however, I contacted our Host and she took care of the issue....We sincerely had a R&R, QUIET TIME, ETC.will be coming back and only it the Farm House is available4. Thank you to our Host Double K Lodging.

Forget time, for a time.

Like peace for a while? The Queens hotel is the place to give you peace. It’s at the end of a road….behind a locked gate. Sit outside beside a fire, overlooking a clear lake. Cozy *little house* keeps you comfortable. Just far enough from Round Top to insulate you from the town activities but close enough for you to join quickly.

Another Great Stay

This is the second time we decided to book at this location. Its beautiful location in the farm with its own small lake cows and horses makes the experience more pleasurable and relaxing. This location is by far one of the best and most beautiful i stayed at. The property is clean and quiet. Its amenities more than adequate. And the hosts are extremely acomodationg friendly and efficient. I will be back for sure. It has been a very pleasurable experience just like the last time we stayed. Thank You! Regards Charles

The perfect weekend getaway

Wow, this was the most perfect, quaint, delightful place to stay for a weekend. My boyfriend and I came to stay for Valentine’s Day weekend. We are both seniors at Texas A&M and wanted to stay somewhere affordable, and relaxing. This was the 10/10 way to go. The cottage had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed. The fishing was great, the e hot tub was even better. We had a perfect fire and everything to start it was provided. The bed was super comfy and the shower was just right. I couldn’t get over how awesome the property was. So much land, horses, cows, and even a donkey! We loved going on walks and just enjoying being out of College Station. The host was also great, she was so accommodating and kind. Would recommend, and hopefully I get to come again! We went to two wineries that were only about 20 mins away- go to blissfully folly farms and blue mule, both amazing! For a cool bar, go to Ellis motel.

Peaceful retreat

What a lovely way to spend a weekend away from the city. the accommodations were exactly as described, and every detail was thought of. For being a small place, it was very comfortable for two. we will definitely be back in the summer. want to use the pool and pond.

Weekend in Round Top

We enjoyed the well appointed cabin. Had everything we needed: fridge, stove, microwave. The small space worked well. Also enjoyed the property including the view of the pond and the nice pool. The Host’s instructions were great and their responsiveness was on point. Great location for Round Top, Bellville, Brenham, LaGrange.
