「Staff were very helpful and always ready to help」

「有料だが駐車場があり街の主要な観光ポイントから徒歩圏で便利。部屋や施設は古いが清潔感あり。部屋にテレビ、湯沸かし器あり。 部屋は決して広くく、古い臭いもするのでゆっくりと部屋での滞在を楽しむには不向き。 フロントスタッフは親切。ただお勧めのシーフードのお店を紹介して欲しいといったところ、提携の和食屋さんだった。地元料理を期待していたので、チョット残念だった。料金とのバランスはとれている。」

「A very welcoming hotel in Polperro. The room was cosy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was also very good. It’s just a short walk to the Harbour and has the added bonus of an included car parking space. Highly recommended. 」

「部屋はダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台で、2人で泊まるには十分な広さでした。 スタッフはとても親切です。滞在期間中、部屋の掃除はないホテルで、使用したタオルはドアの外に置いておけば、新しいタオルを袋に入れて置いておいてくれました。 隣の部屋との壁は薄く、大きめの話し声や笑い声は聞こえて来たので、こちらも気をつけました。 Lostwithielは、小さな町ですが、バカンスで訪れる人たちもいて、とても綺麗で素敵な場所でした。」

「最寄駅より遠く、しかも坂があるので、行きずらかった。部屋も内装も時代を感じさせる素敵なホテルだった。レセプションの人が親切で対応が非常に良かった。」

「Did not like the pub closing for drinks at 8:00pm and closing completely at 9:00pm, spoiling a really fantastic venue. I’ve not known anything like it. 」

「Second stay at this lovely independent hotel. Even better than the first stay as no issue with a squeaky bed this time and everything else was as good as before. Great location near The Hoe and a short walk down to the city centre. Brought my car this time and parking was no problem. All staff, both on reception and at breakfast were happy and smiling, which costs nothing but makes a big difference. Look forward to returning. 」
