「dartmoorを観光する為に２日間泊まりました。私たちがこのホテルに泊まるのは９年ぶり二度目の滞在になります。以前は施設等全体的に清潔ではあっても古めなホテルという印象でしたが、今回泊まると室内とバスルームや食堂がずいぶんお洒落になっていて驚きました。スタッフも皆さん親切でフレンドリー、朝食は別料金になりますがとてもおいしいのでぜひ食べてみることをおすすめします。９年前は霧と雨で窓からは何も見ることができなかったのですが、今回は良いお天気で、窓からPlymouthの町が一望できて最高でした。」

「This is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very attentive and friendly, breakfast was excellent with good quality products…. I didn’t have dinner at the hotel, but the menu is varied and the people I saw eating seemed to be enjoying themselves. It’s less than 10 mins from the A38, through country lanes which makes you feel as if you are a lot farther from the hustle and bustle than you actually are…..a gem of a find and I will be back….」

「Staff were friendly, room is very outdated and had a strange smell. Beds were average, shower was good. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t fantastic, we paid £120 for one night stay with breakfast but not sure it’s quite worth that to be honest. Wouldn’t stay here again.」

「An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room had all we needed. Breakfast was from a great selection and we checked out without issue. Fantastic. 」
