「Old but clean. The staff at the front desk was helpful ,I was glad because she changed to a room with a balcony. Good service with tea and coffee and popcorn. Iced tea was very good. However, there was gray hair on the towels and dryer in the bathroom and someone opened the sugar in the coffee set. 」

「 The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge which was great, and a microwave, didn't use the microwave. The TV was big, however, there was no channel guide to help find anything and none of the stations provided the name of the program playing or even the name of the channel itself. That's really the only complaint. Nothing like scrolling through TV channels hoping to find some music. Overall it was a very pleasant stay...

「The hotel is in a busy highway area (I-26, I-240), Google instructed us to take exit 3B of I-240 West and turn on Cliff Street. There is no street sign for Cliff Street. If you miss it you have to re-enter the highway and do a convoluted loop with a series of exit (sometimes coming quickly across several lanes of highway traffic), to again reach exit 3B off I-240 West. It took us multiple loops to realize we needed to turn quickly on the very first unmarked paved street(barely off the exit...

「We just stayed one night on a road trip. Our room had one king size bed and was spacious. It met our needs but there was a smell in the room that kept me up most of the night. The breakfast was all processed foods so that was disappointing. Glad we got a free breakfast though and there was plenty of parking.」
