Pros- Beautiful view, nice amenities such as jacuzzi anbs sauna) and plenty of space for a family to spread out. Cons- Cleaning could be better (laundry machine still had clumps of used detergent, hair on the floor and furniture) and some appliances are old and not working properly (coffee maker was leaking, microwave was glitching) minimal cookware and kitchen equipment.

Upon arrival, check-in was a mess. We arrived after hours and kept getting sent back and forth to different lobby’s (which are 7 minutes apart up the mountain). Employees did not have proper communication for late check in protocols. Amenities given are not sufficient for the stay we booked. If we ran out of soap or toilet paper we were told to purchase some. We were unable to contact housekeeping staff to get clean towels. The villa was clean and the view and resort were beautiful.

Me and my family enjoyed our trip to massanutten. You can tell that the townhomes are outdated compared to the condos that me and my husband stay in when we visit. But it was very comfortable and provided anything and everything that we need. Overall spacious stay with a good price.

Great place for family. It was our second time staying there. There are many activities for kids during summer and a hiking place with a nice view. The property is nice with jacuzzi and a sauna in the main bathroom downstairs. We stayed in a town house with two bedrooms and a mezzanine with twin beds. Only problem we had was the washer not working properly. The property is surrounded by nature and mountains. You see deers everywhere!

This was a hidden gem. We have stayed at other sites at Massanutten but the Mountainside Villas have been the best so far. Loved the sauna!

What a lovely and secluded area. Lots of wildlife and views of the golf course. Beautiful 10 minute drive on the resort property to the condo. However the decor, furniture and kitchen furnishings were just the bare minimum. If you are used to renting condos in other resorts, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with average and just want to get away from it all, then this unit is for you.

This townhome was in a quiet area and very spacious! Even though the home was a little dated, it had (almost) everything you would need! I missed a good frying pan for scrambled eggs and measuring cups for my coffee, but other than that it was great! We had deer visit us every day and the pond was stocked with fish! It was a wonderful time!
