"Staff were very welcoming & helpful. rooms, bedding and towels were clean and also had a fan in our room. (Family room) on our last day our train home wasnt until 3pm and he let us keep our suitcase in storage and go back for it before we went for the train whilst we enjoyed afew more hours in the centre. Would definitely stay again."

"From check in to check out the whole experience was a very positive one, firstly checked in and handed our key by the friendly man on reception (sorry can't remember your name) then upto our room which was very clean and had everything you needed within, once we had put the bags in the room it was time for a drink in the bar which was reasonably priced. Breakfast is a must a decent size and you don't have to trundle around looking for a Cafe, tbf we have stayed here before and 100% will do again if you book it you won't be disappointed"
