「Great location / price. Clean and tidy. Close to town, pubs, canal. Parked outside on road no problem. Internet connection very poor. Shower pressure not brilliant.」

「コロナのため、プールが30分で入れ替え制で、予約いっぱいで利用出来なかった。朝食はコロナ対策もされており、とても美味しかった。シャワーが安定せずお湯がずっと出ない。ベットの寝心地は良かった。」

「Very helpful staff and excellent food.」

「キッチン設備は十分でした。 部屋の暖房設備の設定が2時間単位のようで、夜の設定が難しかったです。」

「Stunning designed room sad I was only there for 1 night」

「Great news overnight stay. Staff were really helpful. Room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. Food in the pub was good too. A very enjoyable stay. Would stay again if in the area.」

「The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. 「Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh.」
