「Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!」
「A wonderful lovely stay very close to Blackpool pleasure beach. Tony and his wife cant do enough for all gusets they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are superb full English with toast, tea or coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when next in Blackpool.」
「Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. 」

「Parked next door for $5 donation to tram. Booked small double room. Room was clean, shower was hot. Bed was springy and hard. Staff was super nice. Place is very walkable! Breakfast was bountiful including a cooked English breakfast as well as fruit, yoghurt, pastries. 」
「What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...
