「good place」

「Very good!」

「スタッフの皆さんがとてもフレンドリーで優しかった！朝食はスターターとメインを数種類から選択できるシステムでとても美味しかったです。小規模ホテルなので部屋と駐車場は狭めですが、とても快適に滞在することができました。」

「The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue. 「We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

「Bathroom was a bit smelly」

「予約を間違えていましたが、後日処理にて対応いただき大変助かりました。 スタッフの方も柔軟に対応いただけたため、快適に過ごせました。 海が近く、リゾートホテルです。ビジネスで利用しましたが、とても便利でした。」

「I enjoyed my stay clean very nice place」

「Well kept room, clearly just been updated. The heated outdoor pool is a great addition to the indoor. Sauna, steam room and 2 jacuzzi tubs also. A good choice of wines and beers in the sports bar」

「Room beautifully clean. Bed comfortable. Only fault was bath towel was threadbare in one place. Still lovely and soft but with a small hole. Very easy to miss, so no real complaints. Good breakfast. Happily stay again」

「Can't fault any aspect of our stay. We found service, accommodation and location to be first class.」
