Room spotless,bed huge and very comfortable, bathroom was suitably kitted out for disabled guests and gorgeous. Staff were lovely and friendly. Bar prices were quite steep and there were no arcade machines which was nice for a change. We didnt have breakfast at the hotel as we needed to get home quickly.if a quiet hotel near enough to the town centre is what you want then the best western carlton is perfect.

Was a nice stay and the team were very friendly and welcoming in a great location. The room was very clean and the shower powerful. Overall the property is looking tired BUT I have already booked to stay again.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and despite being between two main roads it was very quiet inside. There was plenty of parking and it’s conveniently situated for all attractions without the need to use your car about town.

Check in was good. The room wasnt very spacious but was fine for our 1 night stay.breakfast wasnt exceptionally warm but food had a good choice and edible.The bar was pricey.The beer was flat and the outside area wasnt very clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

A great place to stay

We made a booking for ourselves and 14 other people to stay for 2 days for our wedding in town. The hotel catered for all of our requirements without any problems as far as i know. The service was efficient and friendly, the food at breakfast was tasty, and there was plenty of it, and the room we stayed in was excellent, especially the bathroom. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Great location. Room had an amazing sea view. Bed was very comfortable. Staff helpful and friendly.
