Lovely and clean throughout, very cosy single bed and room. Very friendly hosts, Linda and Tony. Good for parking on-site. Great breakfast individually cooked. Easy access into Blackpool and close to M 55.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Linda and Tony have a rare gem of a place with The Scarla. Linda has personally styled the place with a unique blend of art deco vs modern and it works superbly. We could not fault any part of our stay, from the gorgeous room, comfy bed, tasty food but most important, what truly makes The Scarla a true gem, is Tony and Linda. They are the most welcoming, friendliest couple. You can see how much they enjoy meeting their guest, chatting with everyone at breakfast and calling everyone by name. You cannot put a price on a personal service and I want to thank them for their hospitality.

Wonderful family friendly hotel

A really lovely hotel with the kindest and warmest owners. You are made to feel at home immediately and Linda and Tony do all they can to make your stay brilliant. The kids loved the special hot chocolates in the room and we all loved the amazing breakfast. The hotel is very convenient for the attractions, 5 minutes from Pleasure Beach and 10 minutes walk from the water park but in a very quiet and safe street. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Excellent hotel

We've just returned from a 1 night stay here with friends whilst visiting Lytham festival. The hotel is great, the hosts were amazing nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly. The hotel is immaculate, very clean modern bathroom with travel size toiletries, lovely white fluffy towels. The breakfast was fantastic, you pre-order the night before. Everything was cooked perfectly. Would highly recommend staying here and you definitely stay again if in the area.

Family holiday

Our little family stay was brilliant, we couldn’t have asked for anymore. Right from the start we were welcomed in and shown round. Room was perfect and very clean. The games room with pool and darts board went down very well with the family. Located in the middle of Blackpool everything was a walk away. We had such a lovley time and the whole family really enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much for having us.

Whilst the hotel does not offer a lot of rooms, this is how Linda and Tony, the lovely owners, can offer a personal treatment, attention and chats - all of which were very good. All my requests or problems were addressed as soon as possible and for the best. Breakfasts were amazingly tasty and rich. Additionally, in my room there were a small refrigerator and a kettle, with tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder, sugar and milk. The room and all the public areas were very clean and tidy. A major plus for me is eco-friendliness - Towels and sheets are replaced only upon request. Otherwise, they are being arranged and made each day while the room is cleaned.

Superb hosts great stay

A wonderful lovely stay very close to Blackpool pleasure beach. Tony and his wife cant do enough for all gusets they are extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are superb full English with toast, tea or coffee. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when next in Blackpool.
