「Beautiful, large Spanish-style villa in nice neighborhood, near Spanish Bay. Beds very comfortable and well appointed. Nice putting green and fire-pit in yard. Kitchen and baths all worked well. On the negative side, we found the garbage in the back to be overflowing onto the ground, and the Green Egg barbecue was not prepared to use. I had to clean it out in order to use it.」

I think it would be helpful to clarify the bedrooms and bathrooms a little more clearly in the description. Also a few ammenities are not working or not yet completed. Beautiful views of the ocean abound from all rooms, open floor plan built around large common area good for family gathers while providing privacy for each guest to spend time alone. Smoke room to walk around property to stretch your legs, private and secure. Absolute gem on Big Sur coast line, can’t ask for anything more.」

「The house although beautiful and well built was in pretty rough shape. The AC, hotter, ice maker and appliances did not work. Gate didn't work, we were able to patch it together.」

「This house is in a nice location and has amazing views, but it is just not a rental property. The house is listed for sale currently and feels more like an abandoned house than a vacation rental. We had no heat and no hot water for the first 24 hours as the heater and hot water heaters were shut off when we arrived. The owner did send someone to fix them, but we ended up freezing in the house for the first night as it was very cold outside. That was really not ideal (to say the least) for my...
