「Nice hotel near UC Berkeley. Plenty of parking and the hotel appears well maintained. The manager is nice and very accommodating. They have coffee all day long and it has a good taste. Neighborhood has small shops and restaurants. There is a bus stop steps away and bus #51B takes you straight to UC Berkeley’s historic entrance; avoid the parking headaches. We will return to this hotel. Thank you. 」

「The three bedroom apartment was very clean, well furnished and supplied, and had off street parking and all was safe and secure. It was near the highway for visiting the city every day. The staff was wonderful. It made for a wonderful family reunion with formal event attendance. 」

「The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.」

「Our host was amazing!!! We rented the week of NYE, and a big storm started early new years eve day. Hunter checked in with us to make sure all was well, and after short local area internet outage, Hunter offered, and was over in 15 minutes rebooting and getting our internet access up and going again! Hunter saved NYE and our family reunion!」
