Rooms were clean. Beds were a little soft for our groups taste but overall comfortable. There were a few utensils that would have been great to have but there was enough that we could make it work. The parking spot is very small so if you have a larger vehicle like a minivan or SUV it will be hard to park in the spot in the garage. And sometimes the outside spaces were full. Hinter was great to communicate and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Very clean apartment with full kitchen supplied with everything you need. Comfortable beds and large TV in each room. There is a gated garage for your vehicle and an elevator. Great proximity to UC Berkeley, it only takes 7 -10 minutes to be on campus. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close too. Host is polite and even complimented us on being able to park a lifted truck in the narrow parking garage.

The place was okay for our needs. Beds were comfortable. The underground parking is convenient. However, the place is definitely not modern; the "gathering area" includes a dining table and sofa but they are crammed into an area with very little room to move. The shower in the "master" bathroom desperately needs replacement as the door track contains mold and looks at least 50 years old. The refrigerator and some cabinets open the wrong way... just kind of strange.

Only spent about ne night but was very comfortable. The “ lobby” was a little interesting and I didn’t even recognize the elevator as an elevator. Owner is very responsive and we were able to walk every where.
