Very close to Muir woods and the neighborhood seemed very safe and was quiet. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a vacation spot just outside the city but still close enough to make that trip into SF. 」

「Very nice, clean, and secure property in a great location. Easy to walk to Lower Richmond, Fillmore, and Marina. Owner was very accessible, friendly & responsive. I stayed in a room with a private bath down the hall and I was perfectly comfortable. This property fulfilled my needs completely. I would definitely stay here again.」

「If you are looking for a place to stay for a couple nights on a budget with nearby public transportation, I recommend this place. I will say that having more than 3 guests can feel really tight, but it wasn’t unbearable. I was adventuring primarily in the city most of the day and came back to sleep and it served its purpose. There are many concerns about the neighborhood online and by family living in the city, but I didn’t feel unsafe. I never stayed out past dark hours for extra precaution....
