Jose on the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
You can here some noise from the street but your right on Las Ramblas with a lot of people so you can expect that.
Overall it was a nice place to stay."
"Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, cool lighting and room darkening shades, has choice of reataurants, good wifi. Used baggage claim while I picked up car at Terminal, good breakfast buffet with omelette station."

"excellent location. Clean rooms. Friendly helpful staff for the most part. Super fun rooftop bar with view of the cathedral . However, the one really big problem was the Sewer Smell in the lobby. Also, a few times it was terrible in the hall to our room and a few times briefly smelled up the room. When mentioned to the staff, they ALL acted like we were crazy and there was NO such stink. I dont think the staff was allowed to confirm the stink...or even talk about it. Breakfast was Great.
Would probably not stay there again even through it could be a super great hotel without the stink."
"Underwhelming check in at the reception. Staffs are not friendly. Upon going in the room, I call the desk for a potential upgrade as someone message me if I wanted to upgrade for extra cost to have a view of the Sagrada which I accepted and happy to pay for. The receptionist laughed at me, did try to explain that it was an automatic message although it was signed by the staff name Veronica. I asked again if there’s a room I can upgrade to the staff replied “I don’t think so” with laughter in her tone. Not great service. This is one of the few review or possibly the first time I ever write a negative feedback and I travel and stay in hotels quite a lot. Only staff were great are in the breakfast shift. "
