Very near the harbor to catch a cruise. Nice rooftop bar. Helpful staff. No handle to grab to in shower. A loose dangerous shelf with knifesharp edges in shower. Bed on the stiff side for my taste. Good breakfast

The staff was amazing, the hotel flawless. This was a luxurious stay in a perfect location. There are many restaurants within steps, the boardwalk is across the street, and the beautiful beach is less than a 10 minute walk.

Excellent location close to the Barceloneta Pier and boardwalk. Great walking distance to all attractions. We took a 40 minute walk to La Sagrada Familia from this location and it was fantastic as we got to see other areas of Barcelona. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. We got in at 8am from our cruise, and by 1pm, we had our room available as Bea, was pushing for us to have a room early. Alicia and Bea were great along with another co-worker of theirs that I totally forgot her name but they are so super helpful, friendly and serviceable. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The location and the staff could not have been better! There were great restaurants and shopping all within a short walk. We even rented bicycles from a nearby shop and rode to La Sagrada. Absolutely perfect vacation!

Amazing hotel location is perfect in the center u have the restaurante shops around you and the beache too very Close too , the room was luxury and very big and stylish and modern , the staff is very helpful and friendly especially Marta I hope I said the right name cus I usually forget name ,she helped us a lot with the room and name of restaurants and other things ,, definitely will come back to this hotel

Amazing hotel right in front of marina. Walking distance to beach & just about everything in Barcelona. Beautiful hotel. Amazing service. Delicious & plentiful breakfast.Best location Rocio, reception desk, was wonderful!!! So attentive & sweet. She made sure wour family was well taken care of our entire stay. Ruben, bell boy, was so great! He stored our luggage & even brought us towels for beach without asking.Got us a taxi & have us great advice for Barcelona that kept us safe. The attention of Rocio & Ruben was the best I've had and made our stay the best in Europe

Great location so we could walk to Las Ramblas and close to cruise port. Staff was super nice and helpful. Only issue was room seemed hot and couldn't switch the air conditioner to get cooler..only their 1 night before cruise.

Room was comfortable. Initially we were put into an accessible room which wasn’t what we needed/wanted but we asked to change rooms and they accommodated. I was disappointed by the pool/bar. The pool is very tiny and right in the rooftop bar/restaurant so we didn’t use it like we expected to. Also both times we went for drinks/ snacks (evening) we felt rushed even before their advertised closing time.
