Enjoyed our weekend stay. The location is great because it was very well connected, metro and bus stop basically 10 steps from the hotel. Area didn’t feel too walkable at night. Staff was very helpful, they allowed us to upgrade and check in at 9am, which is ideal after a long trip. Overall, great stay.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My husband’s luggage didn’t arrive and I left my phone in a taxi. Sonia at reception called the taxi company on our printed receipt and actually connected with the driver who later delivered the phone to the hotel. When the luggage was delivered it was bright to our room. The breakfast is served worth it! Be sure to add it at check-in to save 4 euros per person. You can also order dinner from the bar in the lobby. Excellent hotel!!

Fantastic stay- this is such an underrated hotel for the price we paid. The staff were friendly, attentive and allowed us an early check im which after our flight was needed. Bed was so comfy and the mini bar being included in room rate was a nice touch. Shower and bathroom were pristine and everything is walkable from the hotel. Have and will recommend this to friends and family. What a great hotel for Barcelona!

I was really looking forwards to staying in the hotel after reading the reviews and booking it 10 months in advance. Check in was great and the location of the hotel is great. Also the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. However the rooms were not great....the flooring was sliding apart, so I found myself clicking the flooring into place, to reduce the gaps between the LVT panels. Additionally our room was positioned in between the lifts and fire escape, which made it very noisy to sleep in. Some staff were helpful whilst others were rude and unfortunately this hotel did not live up to the experience I was expecting and hoping for.
