"Greeted by a wonderful staff, we enjoyed our stay immensely at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton. The pool area is very clean and inviting the breakfast is a top 10 so many selections you’ll never get to them all very helpful Staff when we had some questions highly recommend and we will certainly visit again. "

"Pro: cheaper option near Mid Valley megamall, just need walk over link bridge. Ample parking (with touch n go card). Comes with breakfast (few set meals to select the night before and they will deliver the foos to the room next morning). Con: they did not set up any sofabed/ extra bed per my request during booking. After check in we informed the front desk and they said they would send the staffs to set it up. We left the apartment for dinner. To our disappointment, the set up was just a single layer of mattress oj the floor (no base) and 1 pillow.. no blanket. Worst was the staffs didnt close our room door properly and we just pushed it to open, which was a shock to us. One of the couches in the living room was dirty and we didn't sit on that. "

"Superb hotel, amazing welcome from the moment you step out of the taxi. Beautiful suite, lovely bed and excellent quality bed linen. Great food in the restaurant, try the afternoon tea a very British feel to the service. Can’t fault this hotel, well apart from the lukewarm tea at breakfast."

"Clean room, old hotel, not a great location, not accessible by walking, you have to pay tourist tax 10MYR per night extra on top of the price for the room, food is expensive, staff are ok."

"Rooms were overall decent. However, our room had bugs on the kitchen counter, dining table, and beside table. There was also a leak whenever we took a shower - water flowed from shower area to the sink/beyond. Shower area could do with better scrubbing as well. Customer service was great though, and staff was very friendly."
