Communication with the managers was amazing and all our questions were answered. The bedrooms were all air-conditioned and wonderfully cool for a great night's sleep. 「Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave.」

「Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. We cut our stay short to find something more suitable for our families with small children. The villa cleaning staff were also in the villa...
