"What a wonderful villa. The staff was brilliant and the highlight of our stay. The hired cooked catered to all our needs and dietary requirements (which we had a lot of!) can’t thank the staff enough for making our family have an enjoyable stay. The villa was beautiful with a great size pool. The only complaint I would have is that the master bathroom was very slippery when wet and that the only way to get to the other three bedrooms was a steep bridge. "Sprained my ankle in Bali. I asked the hotel to see if there were any exceptions to make to my reservation because I needed to leave Indonesia to get an MRI. They took 3 days to ask for proof of healthcare services. I provided them pictures of all my paperwork, and then they took another 3 days to respond ultimately to tell me it was too late to do anything. I was 10 days away from my reservation, but waiting for the hotel's response alone is part of the reason why it was too late. I would not...
