The carriage house is as advertised and within walking distance to downtown Golden, The downside to its location is that it’s on an alley, complete with several abandoned vehicles and other large items that should be removed. The property, though, is fresh and clean and comfortable, and both the manager and the owner were quick to respond to my messages.」

「I stayed here for 2 weeks while in Denver on business. The apartment is well appointed with everything you might need. The kitchen has a small fridge and a microwave, and all the dishes you would need. There is no stove. The living room is comfortable and the couch pulls out to make a queen size bed. The bathroom is very nice with a large walk in shower. All toiletries, towels and linens are provided as expected. The house is close to everything you need. Thanks for the great stay!」

「静かで治安の良い住宅街の一軒家にある部屋で、清潔感があり広々していながら、自分の家のように過ごせました。朝食が出ませんでした。他のサイトを見ると、オーダー形式と書いてあったので、朝食が必要な人は事前に伝えた方がいいと思います。(エクスペディアの表示が分かりづらいと思いました)公共機関は徒歩で近くにバス停がありますが空港まで出ているかわかりません。駅からの場合は徒歩では遠いですが、オーナーがUBER(配車サービス)で送迎可能です。 今回は自分の予約ミスにかかわらず、(エクスペディアを見ると、今晩予約可能と書いてあったはずですが…？？次の日になっていたようです)夜中に柔軟な対応をしてくれたオーナーに感謝します(本来はチェックイン23:30まで)」

「It was a very pleasant stay at this property m, th hour had everything as described in the listing plus some small extra commodities provided in the bathroom and the kitchen. Didn’t get bother at all by owner as it is the back house. Only thing that need to be fixed is the WiFi signal that was a little weak.Also the house lock master takes a little bit of time to understand.」

The living area is absolutely lovely with windows overlooking sky and treetops, comfortable seating and a pretty and well stocked kitchen. I highly recommend this house! 「Not a bad property or stay, but be sure to read the description and unfavorable reviews carefully. We missed that it was a shared entrance that had you walking right into the host's living space and that there was not a separate thermostat. The unit was very clean, well appointed, and a good value. As others have previously stated, there is a drainage issue with the tub. Although there are signs posted in many places throughout the unit, we did not locate the wifi information until the 3rd day...

「Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...
