「First thing is how clean and fresh the place looked and how incredible the staff were. They were so helpful! Always polite and attentive. Always smiling too. The breakfast was great and lots of it, the room was very clean and and well maintained. The shower was great too and nothing ever broke or went wrong. I struggle to fault this place, and so glad I found it, only thing which is general to most of the riads, taxis can’t go fully outside the door but don’t worry the staff are so helpful...

「I didn’t find the staff’s service very good. There were also some instances of dishonest behavior. Please be very careful.」

「Ganz freundliche junges Personal reichhaltiges Frühstück sehr zentral gelegen immer Parkplatz gefunden.」

「The property condition was terrible, the blanket was smelly, and the carpet or rug was in poor condition, the bathroom was in poor condition, especially the floor, and the faucets were in poor condition. The only good thing about the property was the good staff, especially a gentleman by the name of Sufyann, who was very hospitable, caring, respectful, and very helpful.」

「We initially came to riad lazord and booked through Expedia a room, when we got there we had to wait like 30 min for someone to open the door. Then we got our room which was not the one we asked for, it was extremely small. When I saw the bathroom of the room I almost fell, it was totally full of humidity, the shower right next to the toilet all in one small small space, the walls where falling. That definitely not a place for someone to stay. After complaining the girl was kind enough and she...

「The hotel is located close to Marrakesh train station which is very convenient. Excellent service from beginning to the end. Full breakfast provided with a lot of vegetables and fruits. Waiting for a room we used rooftop restaurant and swimming pool service. During the breakfast customer service representative asked if we need anything. Great hospitality and service, clean spacious rooms with quiet AC. Strongly recommended」

「This boutique hotel is in a superb location within walking distance of most tourist attractions and is on a quiet, pedestrian street with no passing traffic. Our double room was small with no real closet space, but the bathroom was functional and modern. We stayed for three nights and lived out of our carry-on suitcases, which wasn't the end of the world. Breakfast (included with our booking) was a modest assortment but the serving ladies helpfully made toast, and eggs any style, on request. The...

「great great hospitality!」
