「Fantastic hotel」

「朝9時から夜７時までしかスタッフ不在。サービス的に不安がある。」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted on arrival by Donatella and Giuliano and shown our accommodation. We could not have been more happy with the room and bathroom. There was an area outside in the courtyard for me to wash and dry our cloths. The accommodation was close to the train station which enable us to get the train to Cinque Terre.」

「This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. 「Although we only had one night, it was New Year's Eve. The fireworks and party were just outside the hotel, but it was still nice and quiet in the room. Great location for everything walkable, including a great walking path on top of the old city wall. Great food options close any time of day.」

「This hotel's owner, Debora,treated me with kindness. And beautiful furniture and clean room was very comfortable. I feel I wanna stay there more. And I was able to have a good memory there,Thank you Debora.」

「Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. 」

「I stayed at the hotel with my family for 2 nights. Their location was perfect, while it might be difficult to find the hotel (we took a taxi from the train station and thus we did not have any difficulty in finding them out). The room was clean and spacious, while the bathroom was a bit narrow. Breakfast was fine. We had to leave at 7am on the last day; they kindly prepared light breakfast boxes for us.」

「Very spacious room and bathroom, very clean and very quiet. The room had an A/C unit and this was the heater too. There was a communal kitchen free to use which had coffee machine and hot water for making a tea and there was a fridge in there. The rooms are on the third floor and the rear of the property overlooks the old amphitheater which is now a square with a few restaurants.
