「Although the hotel is older their are things in need of improvement advertising of a pool without one,no hotwater, ants,no night stand to place or plug in cellphone bad internet.No complementary coffee or breakfast as advertised ,poor lighting, some staff friendly some not so.and I have visited Jamaica many times and places over 45 years. Even the poor must be honest and advertise as so.」

「This is a hidden f close to the airport. I really enjoy the stay it had a nice big bed and was clean. The bathroom was a bit small but not inconvenient. I like that my room was facing the criteria pool they have. Now they I found this place I will be back」

「The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. 「I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.」

「The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.」

「If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon. After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. 「Patrick and Natoya are true Gems ! The place was so gorgeous making the second half in a hotel feel like a nightmare . The Villa was stunning , clean and felt so safe ! not to mention the views ! They set us up unforgettable excursions and continued to remind me to take my time . its Island time and relax . loved getting to know them and so grateful to have found them」

「Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.」
