「Esta es mi primera vez en Riu Vallarta. La verdad quedé impresionada por el buen servicio que ofrecen. Los meseros son muy amables. Pudimos comer en todos los restaurantes sin ningún problema. Solo que para el Steak House restaurante tienes que estar antes de que abran porque ese si se llena. La playa está limpia y tranquila. Hay bastantes sillas alrededor de las albercas y en la playa. 」

「Our first ever vacation! We stayed at this resort for 3 nights with our two kids (5&6) and we ALL enjoyed it. Kids loved the water slide and shallow end of the big pool, one kid even learnt to swim! Husband and I have never travelled outside CAN/USA so we enjoyed the weather, beach and all inclusiveness. The resort is beautiful, so clean and huge! 「This was my first time at an all inclusive resort and it was the best experience ever. The actual hotel is stunning. Everything is spotless. The main entrance is beautiful. The walk out to the pools is equally as magnificent. The pools are nice and clean and there are plenty of places to sit. The beach is clean and there aren't too many people trying to sell you things. The restaurants are amazing and for a week stay, you'll be able to try all of them. 10/10 would recommend.」

Los horarios de servicio se cumplen de manera exagerada, ni un minuto antes, pero si se cierran antes de tiempo (voleyboll, dardos, etc)」

「Eh ido a este hotel 4 ó 5 veces, y es la primer vez que me siento un poco decepcionada, ya que no cambiaron las toallas de mi habitación todos los días, y tampoco las dejaban completas. Además a la hora de salir, estaban dando mantenimiento a la puerta del estacionamiento, y nonme permitian salir, tuve que esperar demasiado, deberían considerar una puerta alterna o avisar a los huéspedes que saldrán ese día, para tomar precauciones. 「I enjoyed my stay here. The room was older but had everything I needed for a week's stay. The shower had great hot and cold water and good pressure. This hotel was located between Bucerias, and the beach area of downtown Puerto Vallarta. Lots of buses ran past every day so there was always a way to get somewhere. The restaurant and bar were closed for renovation, but there was a coffee shop and local bar/restaurant right around the corner.」
