"This is a brand new build apartment building. The communication from the management was top tier. You get several pdf with the rules, explanation of ac/water/trash/washing machine/clothes dryer, with pictures to help explain. The trash sorting was easy. Grocery store and pharmacy was with in 6 minute walk. It's a 30 second walk from a subway, and 3 minute walk from a tram. "

The home is quite large for Tokyo, and my family and I felt very comfortable. Our property manager made it very easy for us to check in, access any amenities and answer any questions we had. Checkin process was quick an painless (on your phone or on the tablet at the rental - in English or Japanese).
