This is one of the best properties I've ever had the pleasure to stay as a family, and definitely one of the best ones by Tokyos standards. Spacious apartment, super thoughtful amenities, ready to cook kitchen and all necessary appliances included. Beautiful interior design immediately welcomes you and spacious and comfortable beds help you get a restful sleep to be ready for the next day. Centrally located with walking distance to Shinjuku downtown, national park, transit, 7/11 and Shinjuku food circuit. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect start to our Tokyo trip! 11/10 will recommend.

So close to the action of Shinjuku but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep! Perfect for families. By far our favorite place we’ve stayed at in all of Japan. We’re a family of 5 with 3 kids aged 13, 11 & 11. Would absolutely stay there again!

The room was very clean with a lot of space. We loved how the shower, toilet, and sinks were all separate. The kitchen was super handy. We also loved being able to wash and dry our clothes so we didn’t have to pack as many for our trip. Check in and out was a breeze.

We stayed in the superior room- Very nice and perfect for our family of five. Our fault for not mapping it ahead of time but, it is a little far from the train station.

Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to everything. Kids also loved having the 7/11 right across the street and there is a pharmacy/CVS-like store right below in case you need any toiletries or beauty items : )

Check in was smooth. Pre-Check in makes it easy. The price is good for what you get. Train stations are a short 5 min walk away. The same goes for convenience stores. The location is close enough to Shinjuku to walk and far enough away for quiet evenings. The beds are comfortable, trash is collected when asked. The shower, though small, is perfect. No issues with hot water or air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Illi Nuta Shinjuku. They switched us from Illi Tas Shinjuku because apparently something needed to be done on the property. At first, the communication through Expedia messaging was abit slow, hard to get reply from the property. However, I was able to contact property management by phone and they were very responsive. Once on property, check in was very smooth. We were able to email management and they responded very promptly and took care of our issues. Amongst other things 1) property was very clean, VERY spacious perfect for family 2) very close to subway station. Excellent location to get to Shinjuku and other places. 3) laundry and drier was fabulous to have ensuite Great price, great location. Definitely will consider renting again if going back to Tokyo

Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.

Our overall 4 night stay in Tokyo at the illi Tas was sub par. The facility itself was clean, modern but has not been maintained well. Freezer was not operational, Huge crack in Window, difficult to reach Management as no one is onsite, etc. Unfortunately Management team did not step up and compensate our stay in anyway hence we had to endure and facilitate for these issues during our stay as we had prepaid for our booking. Very disappointed in the overall Management of this property!
