Very clean location and central to train station easy to move around. Friendly staff, quick easy check-in.

Everything about Kizen Villa was magnificent. The hosts were so friendly and interesting. They love meeting people from all over the world and they do everything possible to ensure an enjoyable and pleasant stay. We had more space than we could have ever hoped for staying in Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and the washer/dryer was very useful as well as the kitchen. I am so happy we stayed here.

One of the most affordable hotels we stayed at during our trip to the Japan and SUPER worth it!! Room is condo style so it came with kitchen area, washer/dryer and a little living room area. Walking distance from train stations, street shops and restaurants but the hotel itself is near a quieter street. Definitely recommend this hotel. All hotels we stayed at were clean and welcoming :)

Highly recommend Cross Suites hotel. The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The common area on the first floor had games, vending machines, a cappuccino machine and water with lots of area to hang out. The guest room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. And the locations was right around the corner from Senso-Ji and lots of great restaurants.

The staff was so helpful and kind! The room was immaculate and beautiful! Super kid friendly location, very close to the temples and station. The staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Cannot wait to stay there again!

Excellent. Staff was so friendly and polite. Hotel is close to bus stops and train station entrance. Absolutely loved the area. Quick walk restaurants, Don Quixote, shopping mall, food vendors, Senjio and other temples. Would absolutely stay here again. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was so nice and interacted with my 2 kids and they had a great time.

Excellent all around! Spacious, clean, convenient to trains, great neighborhood, walk to all!!! Recommend highly. Especially for privacy, whole floor is dedicated for your stay.

Location is perfect- close to bus station and asakusa; very clean and has everything we need; staff was very helpful in asking questions about the trains.

Great location and easy to get to.

This hotel was very close to JR Ueno Station so there was easy access to all of our excursions. It was about 5-6 minutes walking. It was so close we even walked to station with our suitcases and backpacks instead of taking a taxi on our way to airport. Very clean. Great service from staff!

As an American family of adults and teens, this hotel was wonderful for a visit to Tokyo. The "Superior studio" was enough room for three adults or teens. We used the extra bed/couch for our stuff and there was still room to sit at the table and eat together. The staff were very helpful and communicated well in English. First time coming to Japan ever, had my family including a 4yr old and 10yr old and it can get a bit overwhelming navigating everything. The staff was beyond helpful, from simple issues and local recommendations to helping us how figure out how to forward our luggage to Kyoto. Highly recommend for families. Excellent staff, couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for them.
